Baseline my Management Effectiveness Score (MES)
The Management Effectiveness Score (MES) is derived from seven business management effectiveness questions and one question concerning quality of life. Each question addresses common business warning signs and allows the manager completing the screening to choose one out of six answers indicating the increasing severity they are consistently experiencing by particular MES indicator. The answers are assigned points from 0 to 5. The total score can, therefore, range from 0 to 35. The lower the score, the more effective the manager is in running their business.
This screening instrument is used to rapidly diagnose, identify, and display for, which management practices are unnecessarily holding your business back while increasing the risk of your business to flatline over the next year.
