ADDITIONAL BUSINESS RISK ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS

Take action today to reduce the risk of your business flatlining

At its core, B-CPR is about improving your cash position and profitability through the right management reporting.  This matters to businesses that are thriving and who want to continue thriving to those that are barely surviving and are unsure how to improve their situation. Let our B-CPR Business Scientists show you how to improve your business by first confirming the quality of your financial statements.

Just like a healthy cardiovascular system is sustained by not smoking cigarettes and reducing the number of calories in your daily diet, your business needs you to stop wasting money that comes in as revenue but never makes it into your profits.  Your financial statements inform on where your business is at most risk.

Second, have at least a 12-month plan to increase sales, gross profit, and operating income.  Included with this plan for profits is the monthly monitoring of your results and weekly cash management position to confirm the quality of the progress you are making.

Lastly, be accountable for your results by following through on what matters. Know what’s important to achieving your profit plan and what isn’t.  Not everything occurring across your business needs your attention so know what does and what doesn’t.

Before increasing the use of your financial statements, check with a B-CPRcertified Business Scientist to make sure your financial statements are worth using.  They are available to help you make sure you are investing your time and your money where it matters most.
