Those who are accountable for results choose to own the results of their actions. Rather than worry about excuses for the action that didn’t produce the desired result, they will compare what they got to what they wanted and then change what they are doing until they get what they want by practicing K. F. C.
Overview
K. F. C. is an acronym for know what you want, find out what you are getting, change up what you are doing until you get what you want.
K. F. C. is also a mantra that is used to cultivate a particular state of mind, in which its meaning seeps into the subconscious to transform negativity into purposeful action. Put another way, people who practice K. F. C. keep at it until they get what they want.
K. F. C. is practiced by those who are accountable for results, not just their actions. Those who won’t give up until they get the results they seek. When their results are less than satisfactory, the same people will identify what’s not working and then make another run to realize the planned result. This is also known as owning the results.
Own the Results comes down to owning the result or outcome of an action. Actions are defined as a thing done, the process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim. The challenge with completing actions is that many actions don’t produce the desired result because of things outside of the person’s control. Those who own the results continually practice K. F. C. until they get what they want.
